Our dog-friendly Santa Paws trains run on Sat 28th Nov (see below).
Looking for something extra special? Why not book one of our Breakfast With Santa experiences? A small, intimate group enjoy breakfast with an extended visit from Santa, plus a Santa Special train ride and a second meet with Santa in his Workshop!

All tickets include a meet with Santa, a present for children and complementary on-train refreshments.
All trains will be hauled by one of our steam locos, subject to its availability. Alternatively, trains will be hauled by one of our heritage diesel locos.
Our ‘Platform 3 Buffet’ will be open throughout, serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and freshly prepared hot food.

All tickets include complementary refreshments onboard the train, comprising: a glass of sherry and a mince pie for adults and a sweet treat and a Fruit Shoot for kids.
Whilst on the train, children can write their letters to Santa.
Once you get off the train, you’ll meet Santa in his workshop, where all children receive a present.
Our wheelchair users’ compartment is also available to book. It can accommodate one wheelchair and up to 2 carers/companions.

Santa Paws trains, where the WHOLE family gets to meet Santa!
Bring your dog (or cat) along to meet Santa! Dog (or cat) tickets are £9 and they receive a present from Santa and also an edible treat on the train.
All Human tickets are the same as the Santa Specials (see above), which include: complementary refreshments onboard the train, a meet with Santa in his workshop, and a present for all children.
12th, 13th, 19th and 20th Dec ONLY

Breakfast is a small intimate experience with a maximum of six groups of up to 4 people each day. Tickets are booked per table, rather than per person. You will need to arrive by 9:30am for breakfast, which shall be served in our carriages. You then board the 10am train service.
Breakfast Menu – Hot baps (choice of bacon, sausage, fried egg (V) or vegan sausage) and a pastry selection. Served with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice or Fruit Shoot.

We are based near Chapel Brampton, a 10 minute drive from Kingsthorpe, and just off the A508.
The event and parking are both at Pitsford & Brampton Station.

Which station should we arrive at?
All visitors should arrive at our main station, Pitsford & Brampton.
Address: Pitsford Road, Chapel Brampton, NN6 8BA.
Boughton Station is CLOSED during the Santa season.
Is there a car park?
Yes, there is ample onsite parking, and also disabled spaces are available.
Please note that the car park is surfaced with gravel.
Do I need to book?
Prior booking is ESSENTIAL as we expect most (if not all) services will sell out in advance.
Are there toilets?
There are toilets on the platform at both stations (Pitsford & Brampton and Boughton). Please note, disabled and baby-changing facilities are available at Pitsford & Brampton ONLY.
There are not toilets on the train, and rides last roughly 50 minutes.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at our Santa Paws event on 28th Nov, including onboard the train, provided they (and their human) are well behaved. However, dogs are NOT allowed on the seats inside the train carriages. We also ask that all dog owners are responsible and clean up any ‘accidents’.
Breakfast with Santa – Due to space constraints, dogs are NOT allowed to attend breakfast.

Yes, there is a wheelchair compartment on-board the train. It can accommodate one wheelchair and up to 2 carers/companions (carers/companions charged at half standard fare for Santa events). Please speak to a member of staff at the box office when purchasing your ticket to arrange use of access ramp.
